PRENATAL YOGA

This is a 50 minute prenatal yoga class focused on helping expecting mothers connect with their baby, maintain a healthy pregnancy, and alleviate common discomforts experienced throughout pregnancy. Our certified prenatal yoga instructor will provide you with safe poses that bring balance and alignment to the spine, pelvis, pelvic floor and surrounding ligaments. This class focuses on beneficial poses, deep breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation techniques appropriate for all trimesters for an optimal birthing experience.

Mats are provided.

INFANT YOGA LEVEL I

6 week-6 month old infants (non-walkers).

This 30 minute class is for 6 weeks-6 month non-walkers. Parents will learn developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant build strength for tummy time, rolling, etc.

Mats are provided.

INFANT YOGA LEVEL II

7-12 months (non-walkers).

This 30 minute class is for 7-12 month old non-walkers. Parents will learn developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, fine and gross motor skills, communication and social skills, digestion and promote better sleeping patterns. These exercises will also build muscle strength for crawling, cruising, walking, jumping and other age appropriate skills.

Mats are provided.

KIDS YOGA LEVEL I

ages 2-6

This 45 minute class is recommended for children ages 2-6. They will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.

Mats are provided.

KIDS YOGA LEVEL II

ages 7-12

This 45-minute class is recommended for students in middle and high school. The students will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will improve strength, flexibility, coordination and balance their mind and body. They will learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others. This class will empower them to share their skills with peers and control their own life-experiences and emotions.

FAMILY YOGA

ages 2-6 + adults

This 45 minute yoga class is for parents and children ages 2-6 years old. Age appropriate yoga poses, partner and group poses all encourage family bonding time all while building confidence and self-esteem. This class incorporates art, music and fun yoga games for the whole family!
