INFANT YOGA

6 week - 12 month old infants (non-walkers).

This 30 minute class is for 6 weeks-12 month non-walkers. Parents will learn developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant build strength for tummy time, sitting, scooting, crawling and walking.

Mats are provided.

BABY YOGA

13-23 months (new walkers).

This 30 minute class is for 13-23 month old walkers. Parents will learn developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, fine and gross motor skills, communication and social skills, digestion and promote better sleeping patterns. These exercises will also build muscle strength for walking, jumping and other age appropriate skills.

Mats are provided.

2-3 YEAR OLDS

This 45 minute class is for 2-3 year olds. This class teaches yoga poses, incorporates stories, music and playful yoga games. They will also learn about mindfulness, body awareness, useful breathing and relaxation techniques in fun and positive environment.

4-6 YEAR OLDS

This 45 minute class is for 4-6 year olds. They will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.

Mats are provided.

7-10 YEAR OLDS

This 45 minute class is for children 7-10 years old. The children will improve their strength, balance attention and coordination through fun yoga games, challenging yoga sequences as well as partner and group poses. They will learn healthy stress and anxiety coping mechanisms and work on building self-esteem in a non-competitive environment. They will also learn about self-love and the importance of showing kindness to others.

Mats are provided.

FAMILY YOGA

2-6 YEAR OLDS + ADULTS

This 45 minute yoga class is for parents and children ages 2-6 years old. Age appropriate yoga poses, partner and group poses all encourage family bonding time all while building confidence and self-esteem. This class incorporates art, music and fun yoga games for the whole family!

Mats are provided.
